The giveaway runs from 22nd – 28th February 2021. A winner will be selected at random and announced on 1st March 2021.
The winner will be contacted by @RaceForrest via Instagram direct message on 1st March 2021.
The winner must respond by 7th March 2021 to claim their prize.
To enter, participants must like either the giveaway post on the @RaceForrest Instagram account, or the giveaway post on the @r3cbd Instagram account; follow the @RaceForrest and @r3cbd Instagram accounts; and tag at least one Instagram user in either of the posts’ comments. Each additional comment that tags a Instagram user counts as an additional entry. Tagged users must follow the participant to count. Participants can also share the giveaway post to their Instagram Story to receive an extra entry. The @RaceForrest and @r3cbd Instagram accounts must be tagged to count.
The giveaway is open to legal residents of UK only.
Entrants must be at least 18 years of age.
By participating in the giveaway, entrants irrevocably grant Forrest & Sons Ltd and its successors, assigns and licensees, the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information, in any and all media now or hereafter devised, for any purpose and in any manner, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional purposes as well as in, on or in connection with the giveaway or other promotions, throughout the world in perpetuity, and hereby release the Forrest & Sons Ltd from any liability with respect thereto, unless prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes as well as all costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified.
Winners are not permitted to transfer or substitute prize.

Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and the decisions of Forrest & Sons Ltd and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the giveaway or these rules.
Any portion of the giveaway may be canceled, suspended and/or modified, in whole or in part, if in our opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway, to be acting in violation of these rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the giveaway, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and we reserve the right to seek damages (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees) and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law including, criminal prosecution.
If for any reason an entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrants sole remedy is another entry in the same giveaway during the period stated above.
Entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Forrest & Sons, Instagram, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims, damages, disability, attorneys’ fees, and costs of litigation and settlement, as well as any liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from use or acceptance of any prize, or participation in any giveaway-related activity or participation in this giveaway.
